 Northern Bay Environmental Systems, Inc.
has been in the
mechanical contracting business for over a quarter of a century. Incorporated in Maryland in April
1980 as an commercial HVAC and refrigeration installation and service contractor.
Over the past twenty-five years the company has grown at a natural pace
with the expansion of operations to include pneumatic, electric,
electronic, and DDC control systems. The commercial and industrial business
expertise is what is valued most by our customers.
 Our
customers particularly value the preventative maintenance
programs we offer as a means of keeping the total cost of
ownership of their HVAC systems as low as possible. Through
routine inspections, our expert mechanics can find problems and correct them
before they become a costly issue. While not all problems can be found
during an inspection, those that are found are corrected before they can
cause major damage.
 We currently hold statewide licenses for HVAC,
plumbing and gas fitting in both Maryland and Virginia. We also maintain
licensing in all jurisdictions within these states which require local
licensing.
